Amid the idyllic Angertal nature reserve lies the listed Angermühle – a place with soul, history and exceptional charm. The origins of the mill building date back to the 10th century, making it one of the oldest buildings in North Rhine-Westphalia. From 1984 to 1985, the building was carefully converted for residential use and thus saved from decay – its historic character was fully preserved in substance and effect. The mid-terrace house offered here provides approx. 138 m² of living space on several levels in a split-level design. From the moment you enter, you sense the special atmosphere: you step into a small hallway; to the right is a utility room, while to the left the spacious dining area opens up with the adjoining kitchen. Next to the kitchen are an additional room and a modern shower room.
