A drinking fountain next to the front door creates a fascinating harmony. All around, unique views steeped in history that take you back in time.Entering the apartment we are greeted by the eat-in kitchen, followed by the living room/bedroom, the bathroom, a pantry and a closet. The spaces are well divided, exploited to the maximum, the ancient thick walls make the environment cool in summer and warm in winter. The famous beautiful Calandre beach is within walking distance, as well as the center of Ventimiglia Alta or the new port. There is no shortage of parking options within walking distance, together with restaurants, bars and shops.
