House in a small hamlet near the Flaminia spring

The house is located in a small village a few metres from the famous Flaminia spring with healing properties. Nocera Umbra, the city of water, is known for its numerous springs and pure air and is part of the Borghi del Respiro and Borghi più belli d'Italia.
