Villa in the park with pool and seaview

The villa is located on a promontory in the Otranto-Leuca Park area, which is very wild and rich in Mediterranean scrub, connected by country roads. A spectacular project that allows you to hear and see the Adriatic Sea from many rooms in the house. In particular, on the ground floor, where there are 160 square meters of floor space and where we find the most inhabited area of the villa. There are two bedrooms with bathrooms, a guest bathroom, a study, and a spacious kitchen that serves the large veranda on the patio and the living room with indoor dining room. The latter area, which faces southwest, is a continuous harmonious transition between land, sky, and sea, elements that are the protagonists of our movement within the property. The recently built structure has a habitable basement of 160 square meters, well insulated by a professionally constructed crawl space, which now allows us to accommodate friends and family. This space is laid out in a horseshoe shape, like the one above, with a succession of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a common living room that can accommodate up to 14 people when fully operational. The ground floor can be reached from the stairs in two different ways. The internal stairs lead to the villa's second kitchen with a furnished veranda facing south and well protected from the summer sun. The external staircase, on the other hand, a striking architectural feature and central to the villa's layout, leads directly to the stone patio that surrounds the house and overlooks both the swimming pool and the garden with sea views. The raised infinity pool, measuring approximately 100 square meters, is the point where the harmony between the house and the surrounding nature can be clearly seen. Expertly crafted with its materials and sunbathing areas, it will be the most loved part of the house by friends and children for spending afternoons on a hot summer day. Its natural color comes from the hundreds of mosaic stones that make the water emerald green, a beautiful contrast to the constant blue of the sky and sea. The villa's garden is rich in native Mediterranean plants and flowers that bloom at different times of the year. A garden that maintains a natural relationship with the park area and enriches the 180-degree view of the sea. Technical note: there is no artesian well, but the house is connected to the regional water system. There is a sort of Imhoff, an underground cistern, for the containment and collection of dirty water. There are only connections for a water heating system, but the house has an electric cooling system. There is a working fireplace in the living area.
