The land of the orange blossoms

This splendid building land of over 3 hectares is located in Contrada Gioi, just a few kilometres from the baroque setting of Noto and the most evocative beaches of south-eastern Sicily. The land, currently cultivated with citrus groves, is divided into two adjoining plots: a larger one, of almost 3 hectares, on which there are already two storehouses, measuring 119 square metres and 16 square metres respectively; and a smaller one, of approximately 7,000 square metres. Thanks to the residual cubature deriving from the union of the two plots, it is possible to build a dwelling of a further 160 square metres.
