Located in an ancient hamlet restored in full respect of the Chianti tradition, this charming apartment represents a true journey back in time. You reach the hamlet by driving along a scenic white road of about 1 kilometre, bordered by vineyards and olive groves and overlooking the Tuscan hills. The apartment is accessed through a charming courtyard and up a convenient staircase. Upon entering, one is greeted by an antique fireplace, which overhangs the living area, located next to the kitchen and dining area. A convenient corridor leads to the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with windows. From the dining area there is access to a romantic patio and from here to the private garden, in which there is a Jacuzzi. The flat is completed by a charming tuff cellar (37 sq m) and two parking spaces. The floors are in handmade Tuscan terracotta, the ceilings in rafters and bricks.
