The ancient farmhouse is located within the village and, after a three-year restoration period, has been brought back to life thanks to the meticulous restoration of all the architectural elements of the old farm. The environment that has been created is rich in charm and history, where you can feel the perfect fusion of modern comfort and Tuscan chic, together with areas dedicated to relaxation that allow you to live in unique places with exclusive, high-quality private services. Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a sense of charm and history, with every little detail carefully considered, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, where elegance combines with sophistication and contemporary design. From the end of the 19th century, the farm manager lived in the old house in the village until 1950, when the building was abandoned and partially collapsed in 2002. In 2003, it was purchased by the current owners, who restored it until 2006, when it became the family residence. Although located within the ancient village, the house offers unique privacy. It is spread over two floors with an internal garden and has two separate entrances, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Outside, there is a private parking area with a 22 kW electric charging station. The entrance on the ground floor leads into a large central hall, which was once used as a central distribution and gathering place for the 22 inhabitants who lived in the farmhouse. Half of the ground floor is paved with original stone slabs, which were dismantled and reassembled after the installation of underfloor heating, and the other half is paved with antique larch wood planks. This space leads to the TV room and the fireplace room, which features a modern suspended fireplace with a designer thermo-fireplace insert. From here, you can access the historic library, adjacent to which is the entrance to the majestic kitchen, which can also be accessed directly from the entrance hall. This is the place for true food lovers, as it has been designed with attention to every detail. Under a large stone hood is the cooking area, which features a wood-fired oven, a teppanyaki grill, and a lava stone grill for cooking meat, fish, and vegetables. In the central part of the kitchen is the more traditional cooking area with both induction and gas hobs and a traditional oven. The kitchen is built in masonry with a natural lime-colored lime plaster finish. The entrance hall also leads to the characteristic master bedroom, partially carved into the rock, with an adjoining golden bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer behind it. The entrance hall also provides access to the laundry room, ironing room, storage room, and a study with large windows, which also has exclusive access from the outside without having to pass through the house for greater privacy. Going up to the first floor via the wooden staircase, which is lit during the day by a skylight on the roof, you enter the master bedroom area from the left side of the landing. This consists of a private sitting room, which precedes the elegant master bedroom with a king-size bed with a Baxter leather headboard over 180 cm high, with an adjoining huge bathroom with a central double chaise lounge, large bathtub, shower, and bathroom fixtures. The bedroom also provides access to a walk-in closet with over 10 linear meters of storage space for clothes. From the first-floor landing, you can access the three rooms of the spa area, consisting of the wellness area, the water area, the fitness area, and the massage area. The first SPA room features an infrared sauna with chromotherapy and ozone therapy, a Turkish bath, a herbal tea area, a Futon double bed with Tatami, a daylight therapy lamp simulating the sun with 10,000 lux, and two massaging and heating chaise longues. There is also a wine cellar with two compartments, both with adjustable temperature settings for perfect tasting, a small loft area with an exercise bike, and a private bathroom. In the second aquaSPA room, adjacent to the first, there is a large heated HotSpring whirlpool tub with motorized massage (a system for back massage using circular water massage) near the break area, which features a state-of-the-art Bulthaup kitchen for preparing snacks in the tub. Adjacent to this recreational space is a double bedroom with a king-size bed by Baxter and a private bathroom with shower. The entire second aquaSPA room is decorated in chocolate brown tones for total relaxation. The third room, adjacent to the first SPA area, houses a gym equipped with numerous pieces of equipment such as a treadmill integrated with the Ifit system for running anywhere in the world by connecting to Google Maps, a multifunction bench for over 10 different types of exercises, a reverse bench, a professional vibration platform, an elliptical trainer, and a recumbent bike. The manor house also has a private outdoor garden with a 9x3-meter swimming pool, a pergola area with a heated hot tub, an outdoor rustic wooden kitchen area equipped with stoves and teppanyaki, and a dining area with a solid wood table for over 12 people. There are speakers throughout the garden that can be connected via Bluetooth.
