We approach our property, warmed by the sun of this beautiful season, as our eyes lose themselves in the open spaces stretching as far as the eye can see. Around us, only the deep green of the hills, traced by rows of vines chasing one another and dotted with small woods that offer shelter. This is the beating heart of the Prosecco Hills, and this house, which we visit today, seems to capture its purest essence—an essence that has been breathed here since as far back as the 1800s. We are in a truly privileged spot, on the side of a hill that grants us a panoramic view we would call unparalleled. We are told that this exceptionally open outlook was used during the Second World War as a valuable strategic observation point over the surrounding area. The complex, despite its deep historical roots, appears to us in impeccable condition thanks to the skilled renovation carried out in 2000 and to constant, careful maintenance. The property is arranged in two separate buildings that we explore: the main house, promising welcoming spaces, and a true panoramic tower, a small nest designed for hospitality. Here we discover a convenient garage, a bedroom with a dedicated bathroom for guests, a practical kitchenette and, going up, a terrace that promises unforgettable moments, with the view opening generously beneath us. Entering the main house, we are welcomed by a living room that immediately strikes us with its bright elegance: here warmth is ensured both by classic radiators and by the presence of a beautiful and comfortable stube, which we imagine perfect for winter evenings, perhaps with the crackle of the fire in the background. From the living room, we move smoothly along a corridor that leads us to the dining room and then to the large kitchen, a decidedly livable and functional space, where we imagine aromas and conviviality. Going up to the upper floors, we find the areas dedicated to rest: three welcoming double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom immediately captures our attention: not only is it spacious, but it opens onto a private terrace, an intimate corner clearly designed to continue enjoying, even in privacy, the extraordinary panoramic view that embraces the property from the very first awakening. Back outside, we discover a generous private area surrounding the house: a garden of about 1,500 sq m that invites us to stop, relax, and breathe the clean air. Here we find well-defined areas that promise moments of pleasure: a large parking area to welcome friends comfortably, a green area currently set up with a gazebo, perfect for outdoor lunches with a view, a sunbathing area where to imagine long sunny days, and a splendid 8x4-metre swimming pool—an open invitation to cool off while your gaze wanders among the hills. At the end of our visit, the impression that remains with us is profound: that of a house that seems suspended in time, a true haven of serenity far from the frenzy of everyday life, perfectly set within a vibrant setting. This place is magical, and we immediately understand why: thanks to its ideal orientation, each day does not merely offer a view, but grants the small, priceless luxury of witnessing sunrises and sunsets that paint the landscape with simply fairy-tale colors and light—an emotion that nourishes the eyes and the soul.
