The hut extends over two floors and is surrounded by forests, alpine meadows, and an almost magical tranquility. Inside the hut, on the ground floor, there is a storage room and two additional areas that provide enough space for authentic mountain experiences. On the upper floor of the hut, there's a quaint little hay barn. With some creativity, the current building has the potential to become a real jewel. A plot of land of approximately 2,200 m² is also part of the offer, providing ample space to unleash your creativity and enjoy the sun from dawn till dusk. In summer, you can reach the hut with an off-road vehicle via a narrow, steep forest road. For those on foot, it's about a 30-minute walk from the hamlet of Costalta to the hut year-round – free parking is available in the village. In the winter months, snowshoes or touring skis are required; a snowmobile is also an option for the ascent.
