Charming stone house with a wonderful sea view.

In the hamlet of Pantasina, amidst stone houses and gardens, a quiet and characteristic lane leads us to the house covered with a climbing plant that changes colour with the seasons, creating a great charm. In the small courtyard in front of the entrance we can already anticipate a magical atmosphere, thanks also to the arch that creates a relaxing corner and frames the surrounding panorama. On the ground floor we are greeted by a spacious entrance hall, a bedroom with a large en suite bathroom, a large kitchen with dining area and a balcony overlooking the valley down to the sea, ideal for breakfast in the morning or for relaxing. The rooms are enveloped in light and there is a peaceful atmosphere, it almost seems as if nature wishes to enter the rooms. Descending to the lower floor, the spaces are spacious and very bright thanks to the windows that welcome plenty of light and sunshine. On this floor we find a bedroom, a very special and spacious wardrobe room that could well also be a sitting room given the beauty of the ceiling, the exposed stones and the beautiful antique doors. This is followed by a spacious bathroom, hallway and laundry area. From the entrance, a beautiful marble staircase leads to another enchanting place: the large living room with fireplace. Here the large windows open onto the marvellous terrace suspended over the greenery from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view: a charming space where you can spend pleasant hours relaxing with friends or family. The casaperò does not cease to fascinate us and has a surprise in store for us: descending to the ground floor and stepping out into the small garden we come to a delightful place dedicated to its guests: a very romantic bedroom with an elegant en suite bathroom. The small garden makes the place even more cosy and charming.
