Nisportino: Lookout tower

In a seafront location, this dilapidated building offers breathtaking views and unique sunsets. Built at the beginning of the last century, thanks to its position overlooking the sea as far as the eye can see, it was used as a lookout post in past wars and today, thanks to the current owner, a project for complete renovation has been approved, allowing its expansion and the change of use to a residential dwelling. The project, approved with a regular building permit, allows the construction of a detached villa of about 70 sqm on two levels. Inside, the project allows the layout of the spaces with, on the ground floor, the living area with lounge and kitchen, and on the first floor a comfortable sleeping area. The project includes the construction of an unpaved driveway of about 500 m that follows the ridge of the hill and will connect the villa to the provincial road, thus ensuring easy access to the property.
