We are located in the Florentine Chianti, in the area of San Casciano Val di Pesa, only a few minutes from the town centre. After a short country road immersed in olive trees, with a fantastic panorama and in good condition, we reach this splendid property with authentic charm. The house, built in the 1930s, is one of the last authentic farmhouses built in this area. To finish, we find a third large bathroom with double sinks and a beautiful Jacuzzi tub. The property is surrounded by land for a total of about 5000sqm with a small olive grove. The land enjoys excellent exposure and is mostly flat, giving the possibility of adding your own personal touch according to your needs.
