Las Garzas – for all the senses

Las Garzas comprises 240has. land with 475 plots, including 1,800m of beach frontage on the Rocha coast. Nestled between Highway 10 and the sea, the plots measure between 2,000m2 and 3,500m2 approx. Amenities include a beach club, tennis club, long walking routes, aerobics, bicycles, etc. all within the gullies. The spirit of the development is to preserve the tranquility of the area and particularly its natural beauty by conserving woodland, gullies and indigenous wildlife and keeping 50% of the grounds as green and communal areas. Large gullies totalling 60has. have been formed over the course of time by the rain water falling from a height of 48m from the west side to sea level. The land in Las Garzas descends from the highway to the sea, creating a succession of natural terraces which afford extensive sea views from the most diverse points, since between the seafront plots and the extreme opposite plots there is a difference of 30 metres (the equivalent of a ten-floor building). The plan is that the families living here will enjoy spacious communal areas comprising woodland and gullies intertwined with pedestrian pathways leading down to the attractive beaches and affording views of the whole development on the way.
