Unique house in Port Sóller with amazing views

Casa del Barco is beautiful and suitable, whether it is used as a home away from home, or for spending unforgettable holidays in a truly dreamlike place like Port Sóller. The very well-maintained local beach offers plenty of opportunities for swimming and other water activities, or a relaxing evening walk in the rays of the sunset on the long promenade. The local gastronomy in the harbor offers a huge variety of delicious food, and it's only a five minute walk away. Opportunities for cycling, hiking, climbing or diving are enormous in Mallorca, but nowhere is the selection and access to these activities easier than in Port de Soller! All this in the midst of protected and breathtakingly beautiful nature. From all rooms in this house you have an unobstructed view of the harbour, the bay, the promenade, the beach and not least the surrounding forest-clad Tramuntana mountains, not to mention the view from the two large terraces in front of the house. Thanks to the favourable location and the architecture, you will also have plenty of light indoors. The house has a pleasant climate all year round. There is of course efficient cold/hot air conditioning in all rooms, but in the height of summer you will also be able to enjoy a refreshing breeze due to the house's high location, and on a cold winter's day you can enjoy yourself in front of the house's wood-burning stove. The name - Casa del Barco - is due to the house's resemblance to a ship on the ocean, but it is built in solid, high-quality materials. The house has a total of 3 floors. At street level you can arrive by car in a very spacious garage, where two cars can easily be parked. Marbled stairs lead to the next floor, where you will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite with the master bedroom, that also has access to its own terrace. On the third and last floor is the living and dining room, with ceiling to floor windows and access to a nice terrace behind the house via the front door. You will also find the guest toilet here, and in the separate kitchen you have access to the large upper terrace.
