The Residenza Poesia consists of 2 buildings: one with 16 apartments and the other with 6 apartments. The main entrance of the building is situated on a small street with limited traffic. All 3.5 room apartments feature two beautiful terraces - one facing west and one facing east, allowing you to enjoy excellent sunlight throughout the year. The 2.5 room apartments present a large south-facing terrace; ground floor apartments have large private gardens for exclusive use in various sizes, facing southwest to ensure excellent sun exposure. All apartments are equipped with a combined washer and dryer machine. In the communal areas, the corridors are bright and modern, with elegant stone floors sourced from regional quarries. All floors are accessible by an elevator, only app. No. 16 in Brima 9 is not accessible by elevator.
