The property features five guest rooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms, plus a room with two single beds, also with a private bathroom. Two of the bathrooms offer comfortable bathtubs, while the others include spacious showers and rest areas. Additionally, there are three courtesy bathrooms conveniently located on the main level. The spacious living room features a chef's kitchen, an auxiliary kitchen with a wall-mounted refrigerated wine cellar and a hidden bar. Next to the kitchen, there is a cozy breakfast nook and a formal dining room. Step outside and discover a beautiful garden that includes a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, and seating by the fireplace. A rooftop terrace offers views of the iconic San Miguel Parish, making it an ideal place for celebrations or relaxing with a glass of wine. This exquisite property is equipped with high-speed internet, air conditioning, a SONOS sound system, hair dryers, safes in three rooms, and a water purification system. Staff services are available Monday through Friday (9 AM to 2 PM) and Saturdays (9 AM to 12 PM). Upon arrival, the chef will prepare appetizers and margaritas. Daily breakfast is included. Please inquire if traveling with children. Pets are not allowed. Events exceeding 12 guests require approval. Staff in San Miguel does not work on Sundays or national holidays. However, special arrangements can be made with additional payment. RENTAL RATES: Weekly: $14,700 / $17,640 during High Season and Holidays.
