There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms just off the entry courtyard in an independent casita. It has spectacular views of San Miguel de Allende from the main level and is just 15 15-minute walk to the Jardin. This location offers privacy and security in a very comfortable setting. Each of the four bedrooms has access to outdoor spaces. There are large and comfortable areas to sit, relax, and enjoy the sunset. This home has a large swimming pool, wine cellar, and gourmet kitchen next to a large comfortable dining room. Full-time maid and chef who is known for her delicious breads and pastries. Gardener 3 days per week. Pool heating is at the tenant's expense. Privada del Sol has a newly remodeled pickleball court. Rackets are available for your use. This home is a paradise to stay in!
