This farmhouse, with its unique appearance and extravagant colours, is located in the hills above Sarteano. The 2.5 ha garden is completely fenced and cared for down to the smallest detail, enriched by the many species of roses that surround the house, centuries-old trees, a small orchard and an infinity pool on all four sides with dark stone edges, from where you admire an extraordinary panorama over the whole Val di Chiana. The expertly restored farmhouse is the fruit of the imagination and experience of two art collectors, who played with their imagination to create a unique and original home. The reflection of the red resin floor on the pearl-gray ceilings gives all the rooms different shades of light depending on the intensity of the sun. The furniture, carefully selected from the various eras and continents, gives the house an eclectic and sophisticated style; the armchairs and sofas almost all made to measure and covered with highly sought-after fabrics are the result of the meticulous work of the hostess; the whole is embellished with works of art of modern and contemporary artists coming from their private collection. On the ground floor we have a large living room with a high vaulted ceiling and a spectacular suspended cup-shaped wrought iron fireplace. Through a large opening you go into the dining room overlooking the garden from a big window, connected to the spacious kitchen on two sides, making the environment very functional. On the ground floor we also have a large suite and a courtesy bathroom. The upper floor is entirely intended for the sleeping area where there are 4 large bedrooms with bathroom and views of both the garden and the valley. Another suite with bathroom was obtained from the annex in front of the house.
