The property is situated in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, a nature park and UNESCO World Heritage site. Passing through the electric gate and driving alongside a spacious olive grove, one arrives at this splendid farmhouse. The residence is surrounded by meticulously tended grounds—adorned with flowers and aromatic herbs—irrigated by a collection well and a private pond. Lush trees and a delightful pergola provide perfect shaded areas. The swimming pool is positioned at the estate's most scenic vantage point, offering extraordinary views in every direction. The farmhouse is the result of a refined renovation that has adapted the property to modern needs while preserving the authentic rural character of a traditional Tuscan home. Access to the house is via a charming internal courtyard overlooking the surrounding countryside. The elegant, well-organized entrance leads to: a separate kitchen with direct access to the outdoor area, ideal for al fresco dining during warmer months; a spacious, well-laid-out living area comprising a dining room and a sitting room with a fireplace; a guest bathroom, a utility room and a convenient small wine cellar. The striking architectural staircase leads to the upper floor, which features: the three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a study with an original period fireplace, also accessible externally via a stone staircase and a loggia offering panoramic views of the Castiglion d'Orcia tower. A fourth independent suite is located externally and accessible from the entrance courtyard. In total, the property includes over 48 hectares of land, 4.5 hectares of which are dedicated to an olive grove.
