Old Hotel Bellavista on the Costa Brava road

Palafolls is a municipality and town in Spain, in the Maresme region, in the province of Barcelona, Catalonia. It is located between the municipalities of Blanes, Tordera and Malgrat de Mar. The municipality is made up of the following parts: Town of Sant Genís de Palafolls (formed by Sant Genís and the Ciutat Jardí urbanization), Barrio Santa María, Barrio Sant Lluís, Mas Carbó, Mas Reixac and Les Ferreries (it is the central part where find the church, town hall, schools...). At the top of a hill called Turó del Castell, is the castle of Palafolls, currently in ruins.
