The property consists of 3 plots which, connected together, form a single block of about 107 hectares. It has a perimeter of approximately 12000 metres with over 2000 metres of private roads.
Once on the property, one can see to the West the Caramulo mountains, to the Southeast the Buçaco mountains, to the East the Estrela mountains and to the North the Montemuro mountains. The land is located within the large area of wasteland of the neighbouring parishes, with the parishes of Farminhão, S. Miguel do Outeiro, Mosteiro de Fráguas, Torredeita and Boa Aldeia,
It unfolds by three valleys, sloping down to the west and southeast, being therefore relatively sheltered. The entire property is schistose. The northwestern point is in contact with the granites and the southern point makes the transition to them. It has a special aptitude for woody crops, from forest trees to fruit trees and vines. The valleys are especially suitable for irrigated crops and for the production of fodder.
It is located in the Dão Wine Demarcated Region as well as in the Serra da Estrela Cheese Demarcated Region.
It is served by roads whose accesses connect us in a few minutes to both the IP3 and the A25.
