The parish of Olivais, in terms of access, its greatest asset is proximity to the Metro station of Encarnação. In this quiet, serene and quiet neighborhood, it is very common to see children playing in the Valley of Silence Park or elderly people talking next to the market. A typical residential neighborhood, with a strong component of services and public utilities and endowed with many green areas. Once a destination of the bourgeoisie and industry, which occupied the land with their farms and factories, today the neighborhood of Olivais is characterized by vast residential areas mixed with large green areas, and the central service center Spacio Shopping. Here we tried to design a neighborhood where the built sets were connected by the green structure, with narrow streets, wide sidewalks, pedestrian connections and facades away from each other.
