Dioni is an area at the boundaries of the former municipality of Pikermio, Attica and the current municipality of Rafina Pikermio. It is one of the emerging areas of Mesogeia, with significant construction activity. It is a purely residential area and consists mainly of detached houses and maisonettes. Dioni is located in a central location and 10 km from the second largest port of Attica, which is Rafina, from where there are daily departures to the Cyclades islands. The Athens International Airport El. Venizelos Airport is also about 15 minutes from the area.
