Attractive Liberty flat

We get off the Vaporetto and walk towards the area of the famous Film Festival to visit our flat. The location is certainly enviable, the Lido's most renowned beaches are only a few steps away and, to reach the centre, you just have to walk along the water channel that crosses Via Lepanto. The flat occupies the second and third floors of a building with obvious Art Nouveau references and an old-fashioned gate leading to the driveway. We go up, and entering through the front door we notice how each element has been restored with great care. In front of us is the sitting room, surrounded by windows all overlooking the pretty canal. On the right, we find a kitchen equipped with everything we need. In all the rooms, the fully domed Velux windows stand out: even at this time of the morning, and throughout the day, they let in incredible natural light. Returning to the entrance, the internal staircase takes us to the sleeping area on the third floor: on the right is the master bedroom with a view of the canal and a large space for wardrobes; the graceful style and harmonious feel seem a constant throughout the house. On the left is another double bedroom, with a very large attic space useful as a storage room; finally, between the two rooms, we find the recently built bathroom, equipped with every comfort. This two-storey flat, close to amenities and beaches, seems to us a very attractive living solution, either for a family or as a second home. No work is needed, from now on it is possible to live in the heart of Lido and its beaches, in a context made enchanting by the view of the canal and the gentle sound of the water flowing there.
