We reach this wonderful flat on the raised floor of a charming Art Nouveau villa, which we access from the main entrance or from the water entrance directly through its elegant private garden. We enter the property and are faced with a spacious living area: entrance hall, study/single room, dining/living area, kitchen, bathroom and two double rooms. In the basement, which has been completely restored and is also accessible from the garden, we find the other two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room and a technical room. During the visit, we are surprised by the brightness of all the rooms, a natural gift of the open view on all sides. The flat's plant equipment is technological and very modern, allowing ideal liveability, both for short periods - in summer as in winter - and for permanent housing. On the way out, we envision this property as the most suitable for pleasant stays by large family, who enjoy the romantic beaches of the Lido of Venice and at the same time the historic city centre, which can be reached in just 10 minutes by vaporetto.
