A copy of these regulations will be provided to them.6) Security deposit: Tenants must provide a security deposit of one month's rent, which will be refunded upon departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Whether the lease is for 1, 2, 4, or 12 months, the amount of the security deposit for furniture and other equipment will remain the same.
