Offices at the Chodov shopping center are ready for immediate sublease. The entrance to the office building is through the reception, which is open 24/7/365 and the whole building is guarded. Offices offer a great possibility of variability, it is possible to sublet offices from 160 m2 to 2000 m2, including the possibility of sublease storage space and the use of a freight elevator. This is not a classic open space, but closed offices. In 2019, a considerable amount was invested in new air conditioning, windows, blinds and lights. On the top floor there is a terrace,
