These are two separate maisonettes that could serve two families. After some consolidation construction works, they can also function as a very large and spacious house, accommodating a single family.

Arnaia: Location and surroundings of this property

Forests, running waters, restored traditional and manor houses as well as
famous "lamb products" make Arnaia a very special destination.
Although the mountainous part of Halkidiki is a place of many beauties, Arnaia
stands out by combining the natural landscape with the image of restored
traditional houses and the reputation of its products. Something that did not
escape the decision-makers of the American CNN, who chose it in 2019
among the most beautiful villages in Greece.
To be precise, of course, Arnaia is a town and not a village: according to the
2011 census, it has got 2.300 inhabitants. Built amphitheatrically at an altitude
of 600 meters, on the foothills of Mount Holomontas, it is located in an idyllic
landscape full of forests and running waters. Its geographical position makes it
easily accessible from Thessaloniki, from which it is visited by a lot of people:
being only 72 kilometers away, it can be reached within 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.
