Beautiful 5 bedroom / 4.5 bath main home with private pool plus detached studio apartment with an additional 1.5 baths available immediately. Minimum 6 month lease can go through August 2025. The termination date is up to you, your choice! This home is in the gated community of Anastasia Dunes and is very centrally/desirably located within the St. Augustine Beach area. You can walk to a world-class beach & several restaurants/bars within 10 minutes, drive your 4wd vehicle down one of the nearby access points, or take your bike on an easy ride down to Anastasia State Park or the well-known pier area. This well-maintained property is also located within the highly desirable St Johns school district, with lots of kids and full-time families in the area.....as a side-note, there are NO short-term rentals allowed in the Anastasia Dunes neighborhood, so rest assured, you will be living in a well-established, respectful, and quiet neighborhood! NO sub-letting allowed! The home has recently undergone an extensive re-model with new flooring, new central A/C system and updated paint throughout. The home is about 4,200 square feet with a detached pool house (includes a separate two car garage, large living area/bedroom, private bathroom, and a small kitchenette, but no stove). Main house has an additional 5 bedrooms, large kitchen/living area, upstairs secondary living area, three master suites, two more bedrooms that share a bath, a main floor bath, a private pool and hot tub, plus a large attached 2 car garage (4 garages total, so LOTS of room for storage!!) Property is offered un-furnished. Applicants MUST have strong references from most recent past landlord, proof of checking account with no bounced checks in past 36 months, and be willing to sign a very thorough and detailed lease. No smoking. Two months security deposit required. Monthly rent = $5,950. Owner pays all property taxes, property (but not contents) insurance, HOA fees and repairs caused by normal wear and tear. Tenant pays for liability and contents insurance (aka renter's insurance, very cheap), water, sewer, electric, lawn/tree care, pool care.....roughly $850 per month for your additional expenses of living there. Owner will not allow the renter to take care of the pool or the lawn....both must be maintained professionally. The pool does require some additional work/cleaning on your part, but all of the chemicals are handled by the pool maintenance company. Ideally looking for someone who wants to stay until school is out in late May of 2025, potentially staying through the summer/September of 2025, then Owners will move in, so no extensions would be granted beyond that date. Owner will consider a shorter lease, but the minimum is 6 months per HOA guidelines. Owners are looking for our tenants to leave our home in a spotless condition upon lease termination.
