Responsibilities:

• Photograph residential and commercial properties listed for sale and rent to meet the online marketing needs of the consultants
• Meet brokers/clients on-site and perform photo/video sessions
• Add watermark and upload images to our in-house storage locations, the same day of the shoot (Editing time post 4PM onwards)
• Take photo shoots of interior & exterior space of residences – common room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, swimming pool, gym, etc., and show the flow of the space
• Ensure good photo composition, angles and positioning of the space taken
• Editing and manipulating photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks
• Prepare videos of properties
• Edit videos for web content with navigation structures and text/graphic overlays based on the brand guidelines
• Help homeowners stage their homes to achieve the best visual results

Qualifications & Skillset:

• Be available for multiple shoots a week (schedule managed by the reception)
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, video equipment
• Be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Premiere pro, etc.
• Is punctual for shoots that are scheduled in advance and has the ability to communicate well about the ETA
• Team player and eager to learn about our company and its marketing processes
• Valid UAE Driving License
