Engel & Völkers presents four exclusive properties around the world that not only offer a luxurious way to spend the cold season, but also leave a lasting impression on the next "trick or treat" visit.
The "Freyschlössl" is currently for sale in a prime location in Salzburg's old town. The magnificent property is located on Salzburg's Mönchsberg and, thanks to its elevated position, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Hohensalzburg Fortress, Salzburg's old town and the surrounding picturesque mountains.
Engel & Völkers is continuing its international expansion and opened a branch office in the capital of Panama at the beginning of October. The entry into Panama is the second land development in Central America this year for the global property company from Hamburg, alongside Costa Rica.
For the eleventh time, Engel & Völkers analyses the market for condominiums as well as detached and semi-detached houses in 50 selected cities in the "Residential Property Market Report Germany 2023/24".
Engel & Völkers continues its expansion course and opens another shop on the Côte d'Azur. In addition to its existing locations in Cannes, St. Tropez and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, the global property company now also has a shop in the harbour city of Nice.
Engel & Völkers is currently marketing the private villas of the five-star Rocco Forte hotel chain in Sicily. The properties are located on the picturesque coast near the town of Sciacca, right next to the exclusive grounds of the Rocco Forte Verdura Resort and are now for sale for the first time. Depending on size and features, the asking prices of the 20 residential units vary between around 2.7 and 9.6 million euros.
Management change at Engel & Völkers (E&V): As the Group announced today, Jawed Barna (48) will become the new Group CEO as of 01 November 2023, succeeding Sven Odia (46).
Engel & Völkers opened its second Market Centre in Rome in September. After the first Market Centre, which has been operating in the "Eternal City" since 2015, and the Market Centre in Bologna, which opened this year, this is the third in the country and the 19th worldwide.
With immediate effect, Daniel Hadi will lead the activities of Engel & Völkers in Dubai as CEO. "I am very pleased that with Daniel Hadi we have been able to gain a proven property market expert as the new CEO of Engel & Völkers in Dubai," says Sven Odia, Global CEO of Engel & Völkers. Daniel Hadi succeeds Mohab Samak, who has headed Engel & Völkers' activities in Dubai since 2019 and is now devoting himself to new professional challenges.
