There are two residential units on the ground floor, each with a garden and currently being rented out as holiday apartments. Furthermore, on this level you will find the cellar compartments, the technical room and the garages outside.
There are five additional holiday apartments on the 1st floor, each of which has a terrace or garden. Otherwise you can also use this level as practice.

1. Unser Angebot erfolgt aufgrund der uns vom Auftraggeber erteilten Auskünfte. Eine Haftung für die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit können wir nicht übernehmen. Irrtum und Zwischenverkauf/-vermietung bleiben vorbehalten.

6. Es gilt österreichisches Recht, Gerichtsstand ist Kitzbühel.
