Landeck Stadt und Umgebung: Location and surroundings of this property

Due to its location between passes such as the Finstermünz Pass towards the Engadin and the South Tyrolean Reschen Pass, the region offers a wide range of leisure activities, infrastructure and good connections to local public transport in both winter and summer.
In winter, the nearby local mountain Venet and the Kaunergrat Nature Park with its fantastic deep snow slopes and diverse alpine terrain become a diverse paradise for ski touring fans. Starting from the starting point at the Kaunergrat Nature Park House, several beautiful high-altitude trails and winter hikes lead across the Piller Höhe area. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, you can also take the free ski bus to Fiss and quickly reach hundreds of kilometers of slopes in the numerous ski areas of the Tyrolean Oberland, such as: The famous Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis ski area is within 30 minutes by car, St. Anton am Arlberg is 35 minutes away and the Silvretta Arena Ischgl/Samnaun is 40 minutes away.
In summer you can experience the beauties of the Kaunergrat Nature Park and relax while hiking and cycling in a unique mountain world. There are numerous mountain bike tours and hikes available here, for example on the moor nature trail, which leads through the raised moors.
The nearby district capital of Landeck is a cozy small town with good infrastructure, shopping, training and work opportunities. Exhibitions and concerts often take place in the city's landmark, which is visible from afar, the fortress-like Landeck Castle from the 13th century with a local museum and cultural meeting point.
