Going Scheffau Söll Ellmau: Location and surroundings of this development

Going in Tirol is located at the foot of the "Wilder Kaiser", just a few minutes' drive from the famous town of Kitzbühel.

The typical Tyrolean village has retained its original character. The village square with the baroque church and the spectacular panoramic view of the Kaiser Mountains is one of the most beautiful in Tyrol. A complete range of winter sports of the highest quality and all summer activities, including a large selection of well-kept golf courses, can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The ski world "Wilder Kaiser Brixental" is Austria's largest ski area in the northern Kitzbühel Alps and has been awarded several times as the best ski area in the world. The Kaiser towns of Ellmau, Going, Scheffau and Söll as well as the Brixental are ideally connected with around 284 kilometers of pistes and around 90 mountain railways.

The internationally renowned Hotel "Stanglwirt", which welcomes prominent guests from all over the world, is also in the immediate vicinity of this property.

1. Unser Angebot erfolgt aufgrund der uns vom Auftraggeber erteilten Auskünfte. Eine Haftung für die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit können wir nicht übernehmen. Irrtum und Zwischenverkauf/-vermietung bleiben vorbehalten.

2. Unsere Angebote sind ausschließlich für den Angebotsempfänger bestimmt. Bei Weitergabe an Dritte ohne unsere Zustimmung ist der Angebotsempfänger zur Zahlung der vollen Provision verpflichtet, wenn der Dritte, an den die Maklerinformation weitergegeben wird, das Geschäft abschließt.

3. Wir sind berechtigt, auch für den anderen Vertragsteil provisionspflichtig tätig zu werden.

5. Ist dem Empfänger das von uns nachgewiesene Objekt bereits bekannt, ist uns dies schriftlich spätestens innerhalb von fünf Tagen mitzuteilen. An Provision sind bei Vertragsabschluss die in den jeweiligen Angeboten aufgeführten Beträge an uns zu zahlen.

6. Es gilt österreichisches Recht, Gerichtsstand ist Kitzbühel.
