Zirl: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located on the north-eastern edge of Zirl in a slightly elevated position with a view over the village at an altitude of 640 m. The plot area is 777 m² and the dedication is residential. The linear distance to the town center is 600 m and to the Zirl Ost motorway exit 1300 m. Since June 1, 1984, Zirl has been a market town in Tyrol with approx. 8,300 inhabitants and belongs to the Innsbruck-Land district. Zirl offers crèches, kindergartens, elementary schools, a middle school and the state music school. Zirl is located at the southwestern end of the Karwendel mountains in the Inn Valley at the foot of the Zirler mountain (1057m). The Mittenwaldbahn was built between 1910 and 1912 with impressive viaducts through complex construction work. There are two motorway connections to the Inntalautobahn A12 with the Zirl-Ost and Zirl-West exits. On the other side of the Inn, to the south-west, is the Arlbergbahn train station.
In terms of leisure activities, Zirl offers a public outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, a mini golf course, the Inn Valley cycle path and a challenging via ferrata on the Martinswand, which is east of Zirl - numerous hikes are also possible from Zirl. Cultural institutions are the local history museum, a library, the FamBoZi or better known as Familien-Boot-Zirl and the B4, which is an abbreviation for "Bahnhofstraße 4". The B4 was completed in 2015 and serves as an event and meeting center with space for more than 500 people, not only for the rifle club or theater club. Zirl has a swimming pool and sports field and an ice skating rink in winter. Zirl is also a good starting point for winter sports enthusiasts. The ski slopes, cross-country ski runs and fun parks of various ski areas are easily accessible. These include the Bergbahnen Oberperfuss ski area on the Rangger Köpfl, the Axamer Lizum, Kühtai and Seefeld with the Rosshütte and around 250 km of cross-country ski trails.

6. Es gilt österreichisches Recht, Gerichtsstand ist Innsbruck.
