Neukirchen: Location and surroundings of this development

The mountain village of Neukirchen am Großvenediger can be found in the heart of the High Tauern National Park.
Sport enthusiasts have plenty to do in this area – there is a natural bathing pond with sport facilities such as tennis, volleyball and football grounds and many other stuff. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the front door.

Winter offers here also a lot of possibilites to spend the time very active. The valley statiion oft he Wildkogel Arena ski area is only about 500 meters away from your new home.

In about ten minutes by car you can reach the Hollersbach Panorama Cable fort he access tot he Kitzbühel Alps ski region and you need approx. 25 minutes driving up tot he Hochkrimml ski region – accesing the Zillertal Ski Arena.

1. Unser Angebot erfolgt aufgrund der uns vom Auftraggeber erteilten Auskünfte.Eine Haftung für die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit können wir nichtübernehmen. Irrtum und Zwischenverkauf/-vermietung bleiben vorbehalten.

2. Unsere Angebote sind ausschließlich für den Angebotsempfänger bestimmt. BeiWeitergabe an Dritte ohne unsere Zustimmung ist der Angebotsempfänger zurZahlung der vollen Provision verpflichtet, wenn der Dritte, an den dieMaklerinformation weitergegeben wird, das Geschäft abschließt.

6. Es gilt österreichisches Recht, Gerichtsstand ist Zell am See.
