Stubaital: Location and surroundings of this property

Telfes is located in the front Stubai, on the sunny left of the Ruetz and at approx. 1000 m above sea level. It is the sunny village of the Stubaital and is declared a climatic health resort. The proximity to the city of Innsbruck at approx. 13 km is worth highlighting; the town is approx. 3.5 km into the valley from the Brenner motorway. The Stubaital Railway runs every hour for residents and guests between Innsbruck - Mutters and Fulpmes. There is also a bus connection between Telfes and the state capital, as well as to the entire Stubaital up to the end of the valley, the Stubai Glacier / a year-round ski area. For sports enthusiasts, the Schlick 2000 ski area, the Serleslifte Mieders and the Elferlifte are nearby. The Stubay leisure center invites you all year round with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, fitness and tennis. Telfes is a traditional place with events and has a music band and a shooting club. There is also a savings market and an organic farm in this residential village. The Telfer meadows connect walkers and cyclists with mothers and vipers via pleasant paths and are known for the many hiking opportunities in the sunny, wonderful larch forests.
