In the immediate vicinity of the Großglockner, the roof of Austria, this property extends over a total area of approx. 17,000 m² with an approved project planning for a unique hotel project in the middle of the idyllic nature of East Tyrol.

The Glocknerwirt project is designed for 149 beds and can be built on an area dedicated to tourism of around 11,000 m².

The beds are divided into 60 hotel beds and 89 beds in the three adjacent apartment buildings. Each of the apartment buildings has a total of 11 apartments.

The hotel project also includes a 95-seat restaurant, a wellness area and meeting rooms.

The ancient Glocknerwirt dates back to the 17th century and has a historic living and business area. This provides the idea of bringing modern life at the highest level into the old walls with a special sensitivity while preserving the decorative charm of the building.

The Großglockner Resort ski area with Kals and Matrei is the largest ski area in East Tyrol. More than 18 state-of-the-art cable cars take snow lovers up to over 2,600 meters.

Down into the valley, piste gourmets make their mark on fantastic slopes, which are secured by the legendary East Tyrolean snow reliability and additional snowmaking systems.

The picturesque village of Kals is embedded in the unique mountain panorama of the three-thousanders, the Schober, Glockner and Granatspitz groups.

Kals also offers around 250 km of beautiful and well-marked paths for walking and hiking, numerous managed refuges and almost unlimited opportunities for mountaineering and alpine summit tours with mountain guides.

1. Unser Angebot erfolgt aufgrund der uns vom Auftraggeber erteilten Auskünfte. Eine Haftung für die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit können wir nicht übernehmen. Irrtum und Zwischenverkauf/-vermietung bleiben vorbehalten.

2. Unsere Angebote sind ausschließlich für den Angebotsempfänger bestimmt. Bei Weitergabe an Dritte ohne unsere Zustimmung ist der Angebotsempfänger zur Zahlung der vollen Provision verpflichtet, wenn der Dritte, an den die Maklerinformation weitergegeben wird, das Geschäft abschließt.

3. Wir sind berechtigt, auch für den anderen Vertragsteil provisionspflichtig tätig zu werden.

5. Ist dem Empfänger das von uns nachgewiesene Objekt bereits bekannt, ist uns dies schriftlich spätestens innerhalb von fünf Tagen mitzuteilen. An Provision sind bei Vertragsabschluss die in den jeweiligen Angeboten aufgeführten Beträge an uns zu zahlen.

6. Es gilt österreichisches Recht, Gerichtsstand ist Kitzbühel.
