Zermatt: Location and surroundings of this property

Randogne belongs to the municipality of Crans-Montana and is located in the French-speaking part of Valais on the north side of the Rhone valley, north of Sierre. Crans-Montana is one of the most famous ski resorts in the world and is situated on a sunny plateau at 1500 m above sea level. Crans-Montana is not only impressive on the many sunny days, but also offers a wide range of leisure activities.

The excellent ski area can be reached from three gondola stations. The glacier plateau of the Plaine Morte also opens up attractive snowy areas in summer. In addition to skating, mountain hiking and mountain biking, tennis, horseback riding or shopping in the numerous shops and exclusive boutiques of the village are on the programme.

In winter, the golf course offers wonderful cross-country skiing tracks and in summer it is the meeting point for the world's best golfers at the annual Omega European Masters. It is a special experience for every golfer to play this course with its unique location and unforgettable views.

Both during the day and in the evening, the many restaurants, cafés, and bars tempt you with culinary delights ranging from Valaisian specialities to caviar and champagne.

Crans-Montana can be reached easily via the A9 motorway as far as Sierre, after which a well-maintained road leads through the picturesque vineyards to the village. If you arrive by train via Sierre, the funicular railway takes you from here to Crans in 12 minutes. The nearest international airports of Geneva, Zurich and Milan can be reached in about 2-3 hours by car. The airport of Sion, 25 minutes away, is available for private planes.
