Champfer: Location and surroundings of this property

This charming 2.5-room apartment is located on the top floor of a well-kept apartment building in the St. Moritz part of Champfèr.

Champfèr is one of the most preferred areas in the Engadin and is very sunny and quiet. From here you will enjoy an impressive mountain view in all directions and a fantastic view over the lake of Champfèr. With approximately 300 inhabitants, Champfèr is a small, lovely village at the foot of the Suvretta hill and lies between Silvaplana and St. Moritz. A little creek called “Suvretta” flows through the village and separates Champfèr in two parts. One part belongs to the municipality of St. Moritz and the other part to the municipality of Silvaplana. The village is located in the heart of the lake scenery of the upper Engadin, which is one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. Champfèr is the ideal position to discover ski areas nearby.
