If your inquiry concerns offers of other companies belonging to the Engel & Völkers group, we will forward the personal data you entered in this case to the relevant company of the Engel & Völkers group based on your prior consent or based on a legitimate interest. Period of retention and erasure of data

We retain personal data for the period necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which the data are collected and further processed, but not exceeding [36] months of the date when the personal data were obtained/when the contractual co-operation terminated unless the applicable laws require us to retain personal data for a longer period of time (e.g. retention of accounting records).
