With the MC concept, the company is pursuing a strategy of being able to grow faster and gain a larger market share in key international real estate locations around the world. An MC's territory covers a larger geographic region and includes a transaction volume of 10 to 20 traditional Engel & Völkers residential real estate stores or commercial offices.
