This excellent house was reformed in 2006 keeping its 1895s original elements, such as the thick walls, the large front door of mobila wood, the Valencian tiles and the hydraulic tiles. The access to the house is on the ground floor. The entrance hall is separated by glass doors. Then, on one side there are the stairs to the first floor and on the other one a nice bedroom with a cozy loft through a wooden short staircase. The bedroom has a modern in suite bathroom with bathtub, which has also access by another door. The place opens to a large living and dining room with access to the terrace and to the kitchen. Both of them are opened to the sunny patio with a centenary palm tree. In the patio there is a covered area with a barbecue and a laundry room. Over these areas, we’ll find another terrace with views to a pedestrians square. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a bathroom with large shower and a nice cosy living room with access to a third terrace, and a spiral staircase leading to the open-plan attic. This house is equipped with gas heating, air conditioned by splits and hot water by solar power. It also has a tourist rental license.
