The hamlet of this area is composed mostly of single-family homes and some urbanizations of semi-detached houses.
It has several schools within Peñascales (Los Sauces school and Los Peñascales school) and in the surroundings we find the Balder centres, free school Michael, Logos, San Ignacio de Loyola, Peñalara...
Communicated with Madrid by several bus lines (686, 622...) direct access to the A-6 and the Las Matas suburban train station.
