The house is located in Alameda de Osuna, a neighborhood belonging to the Barajas district, northeast of the capital. Drawn on a plan, it has the shape of a boat with its prow oriented to the southwest. Given that its limits are mostly highways, it is considered an "urban island", with very little foot traffic from other neighboring neighborhoods. It is a benchmark neighborhood in the aviation sector due to its proximity to the Adolfo Suárez airport, its neighbors being mostly pilots and flight attendants.
Among its monuments, we find the Castillo de la Alameda, one of the few military fortresses that remain in the city.
The large green spaces that surround it stand out in the area, such as the Juan Carlos I park, or the emblematic Capricho park, places where you can enjoy with your family or multiple other outdoor activities.
A few minutes away we have the Plenilunio leisure shopping center where we can find various entertainment options, shops and restaurants, as well as the Campo de las Naciones area, with a varied gastronomic offer.
