We present this flat for long term rent which has been completely refurbished with great taste and good qualities less than a year ago. The flat has 45 square metres and is very well distributed. To the left of the entrance door is the kitchen, fully equipped with induction hob, fridge and microwave-oven. From the large window in the kitchen there are views of the communal courtyard, a very quiet place where you can breathe a lot of peace. This room has custom-made furniture with a large storage capacity. The bathroom has a shower tray, glass screen and designer taps and washbasin. The space under the worktop has been used to place the washing machine. Past the bathroom we go to the living-dining room, with sofa-bed, low table convertible into dining table, glass cabinet with shelves, and plasma TV.
