Alella: Location and surroundings of this property

This property is located in the urbanization Mas Coll, a prestigious neighbourhood in the mountainous area of Alella, a municipality with a lot of village charm and tradition.
This area, so coveted by many, is only 15 km from the centre of Barcelona via the C32 or B20 motorway and only 2 km from some of the most beautiful beaches of the Maresme, Ocata and El Masnou (which has a port and the Club Náutico el Masnou).

The views from this area are made up of forest, sea, mountains and many varieties of birds.
Alella's agriculture is mainly based on wine production. There is an important production of wine, preferably white, with its own denomination of origin: Alella.
