Cannes: Location and surroundings of this property

The luxury real estate market at the Côte d’Azur is one of the most attractive in the Mediterranean area.

In the 80’s, the plot of the current property was part of the Beau Site hotel gardens. In those days, the international tennis was particularly dominated by the English brothers named Renshaw who regularly stayed on the Cote d’Azur. Concerned about their training, they asked the hotel’s manager to build lawn tennis court (as in Wimbledon) which became the first public tennis courts in France. These first courts made the south of France the heart of international tennis between 1879 and 1895.
