What you should know about this plot of land

Special features of this plot of land

An amphitheatrical property on the beautiful island of Kos, centrally located in Heracles, a central part of the island. Ten minutes from the port, at the end of a winding road between cultivated fields, eucalyptus trees, fragrant wild lavender, olives and Mediterranean plants.
Located next to a hotel, this unique property offers, most importantly, magnificent panoramic views over the whole part of the island, overlooking the Aegean Sea, stretching right across to the coast of neighbouring Turkey.
The whole area is surrounded by the beach, very close to the property with crystal clear water that gives the impression of a lagoon.

Building allowance is 20% of land total plus 20% basement area of finished building.

Kos: Location and surroundings of this plot

Location: The Greek island of Kos is in the eastern Aegean, off the coast of Asia Minor. Kos is the third largest island in the Dodecanese after Rhodes and Karpathos.
Special Features: Kos is rich in historical monuments and presents remarkable archaeological and touristic interest. It is also called after the name of the father of medicine, "Island of Hippocrates", because the first doctor was born there. It is the home of Hippocrates (460-377BC) and has been inhabited since the Neolithic period (5th-4th millennium BC). In the 14th century the island was occupied by the Hospitallers, who fortified the older castles and built new ones. During the Turkish occupation, the island was attacked by various invaders (knights, Venetians, etc.) and during the Italian occupation (1912-1945) large monumental public buildings were built.
Accessibility: The island of Kos has its own international airport, four ports, with the central port being in Kos Town for large vessels only. In Mastichari, Kardamena and Kefalos, the smaller vessels moor and connect the area with the neighbouring islands.
Investment potential: The desire to own a property in a quiet, rural island and only a few minutes from the sea is becoming increasingly attractive and very easy to achieve here.
