We are very pleased with the economical results achieved by Engel & Völkers Italia in 2015 and we would like to share with you our success on the Italian market.
A new record was set by Engel Völkers Italia last year: the company increased its commission revenues by 36,4%, spiking from 4,8 millions in 2015 to approx. 10 millions euros in 2015.
With regard to transaction volume on the Italian market there was a rise from 75 milions in 2014 to 163 milions, achieving a growth of 117%.
The Residential division performed really well in Italy. Residential shops increased their commission revenues by 74%.
Globally Engel & Völkers increased its commission revenues by 36,4%,from 300,3 milions euros in 2014 to a record amount of 409,8 million euros in 2015.
CEO and Company Founder Christian Völkers said:
“We are very satisfied with our results in 2015 both in terms of revenues and in terms of organic growth in all Regions we are currently located in. For the first time we exceed 400 millions euros of value thanks to our commissions and to the development ofthe Market Centers, now located in Europe and North America, and to our commercial network of franchising. In Italy we achieved extraordinary results that will push us to expand our licence partner network, agents and commercial offices”.
